Project statement
This is the service that demonstrates the exercise posture according to the user's exercise pace. It checks the exercise posture of the user and informs the correct exercise method.

Personal-Training program in Korea is quite expensive. So majority of people just goes to the gym without trainers or works out alone at home. We want to make people do proper postures and encourage to keep working out even if they don't have a personal coach. we started the project with the question below.

    “How can people keep on workout with correct postures without an expensive personal trainer?"

We did shadowing  5 people who work out quite regularly (at least every week) and had interviews afterwords. We focused on observing how they make their postures looking at the apps, and we asked them how they felt during the task.
Key finding through the task
The higher the exercise level of the user, the less times of looking at the cell phone. 
When the guide is confused, they tilt the neck and body to confirm the screen without stopping .
Whether the users postures are right or not, they think their posture is right, and go on to the next step. They check the guide and postures at the same time so that they move their sights twice for two views.
Key interview answers
• Normally the coach’s movements on application are very fast. 
• I can’t follow the coach on the mobile. It would be nice to be with me. 
• It is impossible to follow the posture clearly looking only one side of the body from the apps. 
• I find it very fulfilled when I check what I’ve done. 
• It is important for people like me who work out alone to make plans and goals otherwise, give up. 
• Beginning Level - They tended to quit as soon as they started. It is hard for them to keep on working out. 
• Intermediate & Advanced Level -  It takes some time to get used to the posture and methods and to remember it.

Design Concept / Main functions
Smart clothes design
Clothes is attached with gyroscopic record, geomagnetic sensor, temperature and storage sensor, vibration sensor. Geomagnetic sensor and gyro sensor measure the user's posture. The posture data is calculated and corrected on Arduino, and transmitted to the mobile phone by Bluetooth communication. Then the phone calculates the data and print it out on the screen. These data are again stored in the server and use for Big Data analysis to determine the user's posture. When the posture is wrong, notice is given by the vibration sensor of the clothes.

User pace adjustment
Know the user's exercise speed and inform the posture  accordingly. The guide will proceed to the next step only when the user correctly follow the posture.

3D Graphic 
Using the 3D image, the user can see the posture in various directions. It is possible to check whether the posture is correct while overlaying the 3D graphics image of the correct posture(guide) and the user's 3D graphics.

Graphic automatic extension
Show the expanded 3D graphic images to inform which part the user posture are wrong

When individual physical information and exercise level checked, recommend exercise which is suitable for a user. Adjust 3D graphics according to physical information
Provide accurate goals and plans
Inform in advance operation times, the number of sets, the break time, before users start exercising.

Give the user the direction of individual exercise, average exercise time, information and record of frequent exercise.
